Project Goals

The Digital Research Academy aims to improve the quality of research by providing training for digital research skills in open science, data literacy and research software engineering enabling researchers to learn new skills through targeted training. The Digital Research Academy will train new trainers to build a trusted network of trainers, and provide training and workshops for the research community and organisations.

Deliverables

The Digital Research Academy delivers quality training across:

  • Open Science, covering open and FAIR materials, good research practices, social change in science
  • Data Literacy, covering data science, data management and FAIR principles
  • Research Software Engineering, covering reproducible coding, software project management and open source
